Sebastian Kelle
Dipl.-Inf. Sebastian Kelle is researcher at the Open Universiteit
Nederland, Educational Technology Expertise Center. Before that he
worked at Vienna University for Economics.
He is currently involved both in GRAPPLE and ICOPER projects. His
research interests include Technology Enhanced Learning from a design
perspective. Posing uncomfortable questions like: "How about
usability/accessibility?" or "What if we put it to use in developing
countries?" are his speciality.
He graduated from Freiburg University in 2006 and since then is highly
active in the field of TEL and collaborates with researchers and firms
all over the blue ball.
