The International Journal of Computer Science and Information Security (IJCSIS) is a reputable venue for publishing novel ideas, state-of-the-art research results and fundamental advances in all aspects of computer science and information & communication security. IJCSIS is a peer reviewed international journal with a key objective to provide the academic and industrial community a medium for presenting original research and applications related to Computer Science and Information Security. . The core vision of IJCSIS is to disseminate new knowledge and technology for the benefit of everyone ranging from the academic and professional research communities to industry practitioners in a range of topics in computer science & engineering in general and information & communication security, mobile & wireless networking, and wireless communication systems. It also provides a venue for high-calibre researchers, PhD students and professionals to submit on-going research and developments in these areas. . IJCSIS invites authors to submit their original and unpublished work that communicates current research on information assurance and security regarding both the theoretical and methodological aspects, as well as various applications in solving real world information security problems. . International Conference on Computer Supported Education (CSEDU) Place: Valencia, Date: Apr 07, 2010 - Apr 10, 2010
CSEDU 2010 (The International Conference on Computer Supported Education) aims at becoming a yearly meeting place for presenting and discussing new educational environments, best practices and case studies on innovative technology-based learning strategies, institutional policies on computer supported education including open and distance education, using computers. In particular, the Web is currently a preferred medium for distance learning and the learning practice in this context is usually referred to as e-learning. CSEDU-2010 is expected to give an overview of the state of the art as well as upcoming trends, and to promote discussion about the pedagogical potential of new learning and educational technologies in the academic and corporate world.

Our auto observation tool for scientific communities contains at present 1596 projects, of which 238 are newsfeeds, 95 newsletters, 535 web sites, 74 mailinglists and 654 blogs. The number of caught entries totals 209834 for the feeds, of which 3077 were retrieved last week. For the newsletters totals 4744 entries, of which 16 were retrieved last week, for the mailinglists there are 119578 entries, of which 411 last week and for the blogs there are 267471 entries, of which 308 last week.
The feed project with the highest activity level last week was Handelsblatt.com, with 1415 entries, 117 more than the top-project of the week before - Handelsblatt.com. The top mailinglist project last week was LM_NET: Library media specialist information exchange, with 172 entries, 71 less than the top-project of the week before - LM_NET: Library media specialist information exchange. The top blog project last week was Read/WriteWeb, with 43 entries, 67 less than the top-project of the week before - Read/WriteWeb.
